Now that we know these facts it's time to talk about the system and how it works well not the governments system of course. The system inside your body I'm talking about the human anatomy. Today we're going to learn about six different kinds of systems. The first system the digestive system. The basic's of the digestive system is to digest food after being eaten. The second system is the respiratory system this system is consisted of how breathing works. The third system is the circulatory system. The circulatory system helps circulate blood throughout the body. The fourth system is the nervous system this helps us to get a fast reaction and act quickly but the nervous system helps much more than just that. The fifth system is the muscular system. The muscular system is to help your body to carry, push or pull heavy objects. Finally the sixth system is the skeletal system. The skeletal system helps our body to standing up. It gives us the features of how our body looks without it we'll all be a big lumpy glob on the ground unable to move.
So now that we know how the system works lets talk about how to keep your body healthy. First of all we already know the basic part of it you've heard and your parents had already told you it again and again "Eat right and exercise".
